Importance of Experience

I wish to share an article with you all. This is about the importance of experience in our life. I likes to read this article. Because it really makes the motivation to me. Its help me to keep on going when I was down. Here this is the article. I hope that everyone can get inspiration after reading the article that I share.

Life is a continuous chain of experiences. These experiences are both good and bad but both help us live a more educated and productive life. Experience is a key ingredient to success on the job. Experience is the key element to being successful at a job or earning a more desired job. Perhaps the toughest job in broadcast meteorology or operational meteorology is the first job. Once your foot is in the door, it is much easier after that point. Broadcast meteorology like many other "trades" requires having physical practice (not just learning from a book). The broadcast meteorology student who is already employed is at a great advantage. Although balancing school and work among other things can create a large workload, the reward in the end can be huge. Taking classes and gaining practical experience at the same time is truly a blessing. It is like doing two things at the same time (it saves time and money!) After paying your dues with the large work load of classes and your job combined, the reward in the end will be:

(1) More experience at the current job

(2) A more complete meteorological education

(3) Potential to earn a higher paying job

(4) More free time (if you want it) and

(5) A feeling of personal growth and respect from others.

One of the greatest feelings in life is that of respect. With it, your life can feel more important and meaningful. Education and experience allow the individual to build respect from other people for the "trade" that they do. Respect in broadcast meteorology can be earned through accurate forecasts, a warm personality, community involvement, being trusted and available during times of severe weather, and having the ability to relate your forecasts in an understandable and personable manner. One of the ultimate meanings of life is to learn. No one can live life without learning something. What you learn and experience can often determine your success or failure in life. Effortful learning combined with real life on the job experience is a winning formula for success. Your choices and your experiences help create the person that you are.

Planning

Recently, many report show that many youngers cannot afford to the financial problems in the life. In my view, we really need to do something on these issues. Maybe we are not so good in financial planning but we can learn start from now. Let us start together the article or tips for better financial planning.

Financial planning is simply the process of identifying your wealth accusation and protection goals and developing a coordinated plan to help prioritize your future financial decisions. Financial planning should be taken as seriously as a medical prescription, as it deals with your financial health.

It should be seen not just as a means of achieving financial security, but as making a vital contribution to our overall happiness and peace of mind.
Financial planning can be manageable or overwhelming, depending on how you approach it. Without guidance, it's hard to know what you need and when you need it. With the right information, tools and timeline, the choices become much easier.

A Financial plan has three key elements:

Define your goals: Define what you want to achieve. Include small and large goals, from taking a vacation or buying a car to providing for retirement.

Assess your tolerance for risk: The choice of investment options would largely depend upon the level of risk you are willing to accept. Greater risk means greater potential for higher return.

Develop a plan for how to reach your goals: The best strategy will depend on your goals and your risk tolerance.

In life, we all go through different stages. Each stage carries with it a new set of responsibilities and will require different planning. Financial planning can be broadly classified into three main stages of life, foundation, accumulation and conservation.

So we must think before buy anything. Let be a wise consumer.

Belajar

Challenges

We've all had hard experiences in our lives. What's the one (or more) that's impacted you most: changed the way you saw the world, or changed you, or changed your life?

I believe that everyone has problems or challenges to overcome everyday. Even people who think that they are perfect have problems or challenges to overcome everyday. I always have to overcome challenges or problems. No one in this world will not have any challenges or problems.

They will have some type of challenge or problem. I believe anyone will be able to overcome those problems. People will always have issues when coming to problems or challenges. Sometime when I have problems in my daily life, I think of them as challenges to overcome.

When you overcome those challenges, I know that you will feel good about it. I believe that no one should challenge a problem in their daily life. Because you get problems and adversity anyway, no matter what, why not at least make use of them? Thinking of those obstacles as challenges is a giant step in the direction of making hardship or difficulty has meaning.

Best decision I ever made was to strive to do this. Don’t get me wrong. I still have my moments where I fail miserably and then gripe and moan for unknown amounts of time as I have a pity party. However when I’m done feeling sorry for myself I remember my goal to do this and suddenly there is a surge of strength that comes up that I didn’t know I had….and I can carry on. So I wish you the best as you strive for this goal!

I believe that anyone will be able to overcome challenges and problems everyday. I believe that problems are challenges to overcome in your daily life. Believe in yourself and believe in your problems and challenges to overcome everyday.

My own problems or challenges that I had to overcome: One day in Biology class, we were starting another lab for the lab report. My teacher Mrs. Lee taught the lesson needed for this lab last class and I did not understand it very well. There were many lessons to teach you to know the materials, but something was missing and I could not understand it. On that day, I was unable to complete any parts of my lab, because of my lack of understanding for the lesson. Later that afternoon, I walked in to Mrs. Lee's room to get some help for my lab and lessons. In about 20 minutes, she finished reteaching the lesson that I was unsure of. I understood the lesson very well and was able to complete my lab that evening when I went home. I took the problems as challenges and I was able to overcome it!

I believe anyone would be able to overcome challenges or problems in their daily lives.

Time Management

A meaningful essay I wish to share with you all.A essay that full of meaningful should every university student read and take it.For my own opinion,I likes this article so much and its teach me a lot of moral values.

While university life offers a lot of freedom and opportunities, the responsibility of managing your schedule is all yours. Time management, therefore, is a crucial skill for university students; this is the first time in your life that you are not given a schedule and a routine. This can be overwhelming, especially if you have just started at university. To help you plan out your routine and manage your schedule efficiently, we will discuss our favorite time management tips in this article.
Time management means spending time doing the things that help you achieve your goals and the things that you personally prioritise and value, rather than wondering how you just wasted 3 hours. There are various ways to organize yourself: schedules, timers, daily/hour goals, to-do lists, managing distractions, etc.
As a university students, you will not have classes from morning till afternoon, with only a lunch break, as you did during your schooling. You may have breaks during the day. You may even have entire days with just 1 class, or even no classes! Making time to study on your own is important especially on these days because at the university level you are expected to do readings and supplementary work on your own time. Your professors will assume that you are already prepared for your class and not spend time going over background information, or spoon-feeding you the material.
To help yourself and not spend the entire semester playing catch up, it is crucial to manage your time well. This is especially important because university is also the time for you to explore different activities and interests you might have. It is the time for you to network and develop your plans for the future. It is definitely difficult to do so if you can’t manage your time.
The first step to efficient time management is prioritizing. If you can list out everything you have to do, along with the deadlines for these tasks, and organize it in descending order of importance, you are halfway there! Next, divide these tasks into little 30 minute to 1 hour chunks. Now, grab a calendar, or a day planner, or even a plain notepad with dates and times written on it. On this, start organizing the tasks in a way that allows you breaks and a variety in assignments. And there you have it, you have planned out your tasks and made a basic schedule to manage your work.
Tips To Optimize Your Schedule:
  • Don’t multitask! It is fine to divide up your schedule into smaller blocks of 20-30 minutes, but spend enough time on one activity to be able to focus and get results.
  • Take a break. Grab a coffee, go for a walk, or even take a power nap. It is important to let your mind rest after long periods of working. Breaks give your mind the necessary down-time to recharge and prepare for the next stretch of tasks.
  • Learn to say no. While you can’t tell your professor that you refuse to turn in a paper, you can definitely tell your friend that you can’t go out with them 3 nights in a row, or do their assignments for them.
  • Keep your to-do list handy. Once you’ve prioritized your tasks, make a to-do list, then, keep it some place prominent. If it is the background on your laptop, or right in front of your desk, it is hard to ignore.
  • Get a study buddy. It is always easier to get through something when you have someone else motivating you and checking up on you. Find a friend who you can study with (without getting distracted!) and make sure you both know each other’s study goals. Once you have set those goals, remember to hold each other accountable for them!
Common Mistakes To Avoid:
  • Not setting goals. Without having a specific goal, you lose the sense of urgency and also the potential satisfaction of ticking something off your to-do list. Having a specific task to accomplish might help motivate you.
  • Procrastinating. While it is easy to lose your drive and get distracted, part of managing your time is prioritizing your tasks and getting rid of distractions. It is very tempting to procrastinate not just by watching a tv show or going out, but by doing random, unimportant tasks. To avoid procrastinating, try breaking the task down to chunks of achievable goals and take lots of breaks.
  • Not having a designated work space. It is important to have a work environment which is separate from your regular relaxing environment. This is both so that you minimize distractions and put your brain in ‘work mode’, and also so that you can fully unwind when you are taking a break. Figure out what works best for you. Can you work better in a library with absolute silence or a cafe with ambient noise? Do you find yourself focusing more easily if you have music playing in the background or is that too distracting? Figure out your work environment and create a space for it.
  • Giving up too easily. Time management is a skill you need to develop slowly, through trial and error. You may fail the first few times you try to set a routine. You may feel like everything is easier than the task at hand, or perhaps the task is boring, or you don’t understand how to do it. It may even seem too enormous to tackle. The longer you procrastinate, however, the more you will feel worse about the task – and yourself. You may feel discouraged, stressed, frustrated and even rebellious. To get past this, remember that perseverance will pay off. If you are in control of how you are spending your time, you will be able to achieve more, including leisure activities you like, without feeling guilty.
What if I fall behind?
Learn to take everything in stride. This is a common problem for students. If you fall behind, it is important to see where you went wrong. However, fixating on it and beating yourself up over it is counter-productive: not only are you wasting time feeling guilty over it, you are also putting yourself in a bad mood which will be detrimental to your focus. If you fall behind, the first thing to do is to determine exactly how far behind you are. Have you missed last week’s assignment or are you still trying to figure out what was covered in class a month ago?
Once you have figured that out, it is important to make an appointment with your professor. As a university student, you definitely are expected to monitor your routine and manage your own workload, your professor can help you in many ways. He or she may be able to refer you to a counsellor who will help you plan out a routine. You may be granted an extension on any major assignments or deadlines if you ask early enough. A teaching assistant may be recommended to help you with catching up on your coursework. The last step is to do a debrief and figure out where you went off track and how you can prevent that from happening in the future.
So, there you have it, our guide on how to manage your time effectively as a university student. What are some of your favorite ways of managing your routine?
